Enterprise Account Executive

At 21 Senses, Enterprise Account Executive drives business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new strategic business contracts with enterprise customers. The individual is responsible for the creation and execution of detailed sales plans that guide a prospective customer through all stages of the enterprise sales cycle and for meeting assigned sales quotas.   Ideal candidates must have deep experience selling to enterprise organizations and be capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels, including Managing Directors, Head of Operations, Head of R&D, and Engineering Teams. They have an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey and can lead a complex, multi-party sale in a highly consultative manner.    Successful candidates will join a fast-growing team with strong career paths toward Sales Management or Global Accounts.    Responsibilities
  • Identify high-potential prospects and develop outbound strategies
  • Qualify inbound leads that exhibit an interest in enterprise service levels
  • Successfully execute enterprise sales cycles from qualification to close
  • Develop and implement a winning strategy for your territory
  • Engage with Product and Engineering teams to formulate winning solutions 
  • Plan project deliverables and manage customer expectations
  • Travel up to 50% each month to meet prospects and close opportunities 
  Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven Enterprise sales experience closing large-size deals - this is an absolute requirement
  • Strong aptitude for technology and ability to communicate and work effectively with highly technical customers
  • Ability to understand complex enterprise requirements 
  • Proven sales execution, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities 
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience at a growth-stage manufacturing company
  • Previous experience in Sensors is preferred
  • Prior experience in Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution, Oil & Gas refining, and downstream companies are preferred.
